Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by Paypal. We also accept payment by cheque, however we cannot despatch the goods until the cheque has been cleared. Please send your cheque with your address on the back along with your order details and a contact telephone number.

We aim to deliver all of our standard goods on a two day courier / pallet, provided orders or placed before 3pm, if you have any specific delivery requirements please email our sales department. In some circumstances items can take up to a maximum of 30 days.

All orders will be deliverd by TNT Courier or via Palletforce depending on order size. Please note:- Delivery addresses should be daytime as parcels will need to be signed for. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to postal strikes, delays of related industrial actions or even busy times or year (Xmas).

All deliveries must be checked prior to signing for them and damaged items MUST be signed for as damaged and the recipient should inform our Sales team to ensure a replacement is arranged. Failure to sign for the item as damaged will result in no refund.

Failure to receive the delivery on the arranged date may result in the customer collecting the item from the local depot or an additional charge will be required for a re-delivery.

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us before hand via telephone and obtain a Return Number (no goods will be accepted without prior arrangement ). The returning item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging, the item(s) MUST be returned via the customers own courier (insurance is advisable).

If an item is returned after 7 (seven) days from receipt of delivery you will be subject to a 35% re-stocking charge and you will not receive the postage costs unless the goods are faulty or are have been picked incorrectly.

If you order any items and then refuse to accept delivery of the goods you will then be liable at our discretion for all delivery and recovery cost plus a 35% re-stocking charge

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

All prices shown are VAT inclusive. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is applicable.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any item, please return within 10 days and a full refund will be given. The items are your responsibility until they reach us and a recorded postal service is recommended.
